Item was pretty straight forward to install. Very quiet inside and outside. Remote is pretty straight forward to use. We have not tried the phone app but we may get to that. Overall very happy with this unit.

I ordered this and installed in my inlaws house. They had roughly 730 sq ft which is way above what the 12000 btu was rated for. We just came out of a week full of 100+ degree weather and they said it was COLD in their house. Best performing unit i have seen.

Installed in my garage June 2025 very energy efficient! Heated 21×23 garage in 5 degree weather for 2 weeks straight! Cools like a charm and fast on hot humid Tennessee summer days with no tax on utility bill.

Great mini split! Install in my RV two years ago to replace 14k rooftop unit. Works better than rooftop and heats in winter to save from using propane furnace with is very costly!
